This message is from HCMS. Next Saturday, July 15th, the Heard County Middle School Girl’s Basketball Team is hosting a “Parent’s Night Out” event at the HCMS gym. We will provide babysitting services for students Pre-K-8th Grade from 5 to 8pm. We will have fun games, activities, and provide a yummy dinner. We are asking $20 for the first child and $10 for any addition sibling. All proceeds will go towards purchasing the team new uniforms. We are looking forward to this event and are hoping that it allows Heard County parents to enjoy a date night! This message is from Heard County Middle School: Please know that the 8th Grade Picnic has been moved to Wednesday due to the weather that is predicted on Tuesday.

This message is from Heard County Middle School. Students need to bring their chromebooks and chargers to school tomorrow, May 5th, to turn in. If a student has lost their charger, it is $25 to replace (cash, check, or E Z schoolpay). All library books are also due tomorrow. Students who have charges on their accounts for lost books, missing chargers, and/or Chromebook damages will not be allowed to participate in end-of-the-year extracurricular activities.

Registration for next year is now open for returning students. Please log in to your Powerschool parent portal account (heard.powerschool.com/public) or use your Powerschool App on your phone. If you forgot your password, please choose the forgot password link and it will email you directions. Click on FORMS. Contact your school if you are having trouble with your parent account. These early registration forms are due May 5, 2023. You will need to complete a few additional forms at Open House. Once forms are submitted, you will see Submitted and Pending Approval.
