CES families: As you probably know, there is a solar eclipse taking place tomorrow afternoon (April 8) near the end of our school day. For our area, the peak eclipse time is estimated to be 2:30pm - 3:15pm. We have eclipse glasses for all CES staff and students. As of now, our plan is to step outside around 2:00 and "watch" the eclipse until we dismiss at our regular time. PLEASE talk with your students about the importance of wearing their glasses when looking at the eclipse, ESPECIALLY when your student is not with a teacher and might be RIDING THE BUS HOME. Students will be allowed to take the glasses home with them.
